Is there anyone know of a reliable MXF to Avid DNxHD MOV Converter? I've tried some, no luck. I wanna import my new Canon XC15 MXF to Avid Media Composer to make a further editing, but I'm a little disappointed and annoyed that the XF-AVC MXF files from the Canon XC15 are not compatible with Avid MC 8.5.3. How to solve it ?

One of the common solutions is linking to the H.264 MXF files via AMA, then transcode in Media Composer. But incompatibility still exists among different camcorder manufactures. We'd like to find something can work with all MXF files.
